What surfaces can the blocks be applied to?
We have a method of applying the blocks to almost any surface, at this point we have not come across a situation we could not get around.
How do you clean the blocks?
In general cleaning you use a garden hose, for those more stubborn wear and tear and mould you can use a high pressure sprayer.
What is the life span and warranty period?
The life span is hard to determine as the materials used are UV treated and raw natural material, there for the product should last for possibly a hundred years. The actual warranty is 25 years way above the industry standard for building products
How long have we been in business?
The product has been made in Newcastle since 2005 therefore 14 years
How long is the manufacturing, installation process?
The process starts with ordering the materials, on receiving the deposit we order the materials which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, then once we start to manufacture the average house takes between 1 to 2 weeks, installation takes also 1 to 2 weeks depending on size and difficulty of site.
